Key Responsibilities Endpoint & Detection Operations <ul><li>Operate and fine tune EDR, ensuring high visibility and timely response to detections.</li><li>Investigate alerts, triage incidents, and coordinate remediation with IT and engineering teams.</li><li>Develop and maintain detection rules, response playbooks, and operational dashboards.</li></ul> Vulnerability & Exposure Management <ul><li>Run regular vulnerability scans across endpoints, servers, and cloud workloads.</li><li>Prioritise findings based on exploitability and asset criticality.</li><li>Work with system owners to track remediation progress and verify fixes.</li></ul> Cloud Security (AWS Focus) <ul><li>Review and improve AWS configurations using AWS tools or CNAPP / CSPM monitoring tools (e.g., Wiz, Orca)</li><li>Support secure architecture and IaC practices (Terraform, CloudFormation) with dev teams.</li><li>Automate checks and alerting for misconfigurations and policy violations.</li></ul> Secure Development & DevSecOps (Nice to Have) <ul><li>Support developers on secure coding practices and pipeline integration (e.g., Snyk).</li><li>Review secrets management, API credential handling, and CI/CD pipeline security.</li></ul> Identity & Access Control <ul><li>Implement and maintain least privilege and MFA policies across systems.</li><li>Assist with SSO/SCIM integrations (e.g., Entra ID, 1Password, Cloudflare Zero Trust).</li></ul> Collaboration & Continuous Improvement <ul><li>Work alongside IT Operations and Cloud teams to deploy, harden, and monitor security tools.</li><li>Participate in incident response exercises, phishing simulations, and post incident reviews.</li><li>Contribute to process documentation and internal knowledge base (e.g., runbooks, playbooks).</li></ul><ul><li>4-6 years of hands on security experience, ideally in endpoint protection, cloud security, or vulnerability management.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of AWS security services, IAM, and network fundamentals.</li><li>Practical experience with EDR tools (CrowdStrike, Defender, etc.) and vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, etc.).</li><li>Solid understanding of incident response, detection engineering, and access control principles.</li><li>Exposure to security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST) is a plus, but not mandatory.</li><li>Clear communicator who can explain security findings to both technical and non technical teams.</li></ul> Bonus Point <ul><li>Experience in DevSecOps, IaC security, or secure software development.</li><li>Prior work with automation and API integration between security tools.</li><li>Any relevant certifications (AWS Security Specialty, CrowdStrike CCP, OSCP, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Competitive salary and performance based bonuses.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development within a global company.</li><li>Collaborative and inclusive work environment with exposure to cross region operations.</li><li>Health and wellness benefits.</li></ul>

You will play a pivotal role in managing and executing our promotional campaigns from an operational and quality assurance perspective. You will develop a deep understanding of various promotion types, rules, and CRM configurations to ensure that client application processes are handled with precision and fairness. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help enhance the end-to-end client experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong data and system thinking, and the ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Support <ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end execution of promotions and campaigns (e.g. deposit bonuses, trading competitions, referral programs)</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing, CRM, Compliance</li><li>Prepare campaign briefs and T&Cs</li></ul> Operations & Compliance <ul><li>Ensure all promotions comply with local regulatory requirements and internal company policies</li><li>Liaise with compliance teams for promotional approvals</li><li>Maintain accurate promotion records, including T&Cs, logs, and internal trackers</li></ul> Platform & Tool Coordination <ul><li>Use CRM tools, promotion engines, and backend dashboards to set up and monitor campaigns</li><li>Collaborate with Tech/Dev teams to test and QA promotional mechanics before go-live</li></ul> QA and Process Improvement <ul><li>Conduct QA reviews by operations staff, including both promotion application processing and client account setup, to ensure that eligibility criteria are correctly applied and that all configurations within the CRM system align precisely with defined promotion rules and the expected client experience</li><li>Support operation staff by identifying recurring errors or inconsistencies in promotion processing, and provide clear QA insights on SOP adherence, rule misinterpretations, and data handling issues</li><li>Strengthen communication between QA and promotion operations teams, ensuring that customer feedback and QA findings are systematically documented and integrated into the continuous improvement of processes, rules, and systems</li><li>Generate detailed QA reports after each review cycle, highlighting key findings, pass/fail rates, rule violations, and process inefficiencies, to support management in performance evaluations, targeted training, and operational improvements</li><li>Contribute to the improvement of promotions workflows, approval timelines, and automation where possible</li><li>Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance execution speed and accuracy</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in an operations team within the CFD industry or other financial industries is preferred</li><li>Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy</li><li>Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently</li><li>A team player with excellent collaboration skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage)</li><li>Willingness to work on public holidays</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)</li></ul> Benefits <ul><li>Milestone anniversary gifts that grow with each year of service</li><li>Vibrant workplace culture with team-building activities fostering camaraderie and collaboration</li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health and wellness needs</li><li>Annual training opportunities tailored to your role</li></ul>
