Position Overview</b></h4><p>
TNCR Property Management is seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to join our Rialto office. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use properties, ensuring efficient management, tenant satisfaction, owner communication, and compliance with company SOPs and applicable laws.</p>
<p>
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in all aspects of property management operations.</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum Qualifications</b></h4><p>
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Property Management industry</p>
<p>
Bilingual required: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)</p>
<p>
Proven experience managing residential and/or multifamily properties</p>
<p>
Strong working knowledge of property management software (AppFolio or similar systems preferred)</p>
<p>
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h4><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Property Operations &amp; Management</b></h4><p>
Oversee day-to-day property operations in accordance with TNCR policies and procedures</p>
<p>
Manage tenant relations, including inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution</p>
<p>
Serve as the primary point of contact between tenants, ownership, vendors, and internal departments</p>
<p>
Conduct regular property and unit inspections and document findings</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Leasing &amp; Marketing</b></h4><p>
Coordinate and oversee marketing and leasing activities</p>
<p>
Review rental pricing, vacancy status, and leasing performance</p>
<p>
Ensure proper execution of leases, renewals, notices, and tenant onboarding</p>
<p>
Work closely with the Leasing Department to minimize vacancy and maximize occupancy</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Maintenance &amp; Work Orders</b></h4><p>
Review, assign, and track maintenance work orders</p>
<p>
Coordinate with in-house technicians and third-party vendors</p>
<p>
Ensure timely completion, quality control, and proper documentation</p>
<p>
Monitor maintenance costs and follow owner authorization requirements</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Rent Collections &amp; Delinquencies</b></h4><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Oversee rent collection processes</b></h4><p>
Monitor delinquent accounts and follow company procedures for notices</p>

Coordinate and manage the eviction process in compliance with local and state laws</p>
<p>
Maintain accurate records related to tenant balances and payment histories</p>

Inspections &amp; Compliance</b></h4><p>
Schedule and conduct move-in, move-out, annual, and special inspections</p>
<p>
Ensure properties comply with local, state, and fair housing regulations</p>
<p>
Maintain accurate documentation and inspection reports in the system</p>

Owner Communication &amp; Reporting</b></h4><p>
Communicate professionally and clearly with property owners</p>
<p>
Provide updates regarding property performance, maintenance issues, and tenant matters</p>
<p>
Assist with operational reporting and documentation as needed</p>

Organization &amp; Performance Tracking</b></h4><p>
Effectively manage daily tasks and priorities</p>
<p>
Maintain strong tracking and follow-up systems for tasks, deadlines, and performance metrics</p>
<p>
Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping within the property management database</p>
<p>
Work collaboratively with office staff while maintaining accountability for assigned tasks</p>
