Position Overview</b></h3>
TOBschool is seeking an enthusiastic and creative <b>Summer Camp Counselor</b> with an interest in <b>Minecraft Education and/or coding (e.g., MakeCode)</b> to lead engaging, hands-on learning experiences for elementary-aged students. This role includes both teaching and <b>collaborating on curriculum design</b>, helping create fun, project-based activities that foster creativity, problem-solving, and foundational STEM skills.<br>

<b>Duties</b><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Facilitate daily Minecraft and/or coding sessions for elementary-aged students</li><li>
Help design and develop camp curriculum, including build challenges, coding projects, and themed activities</li><li>
Guide students through hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences</li><li>
Support students in problem-solving, collaboration, and creative thinking</li><li>
Supervise campers to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment</li><li>
Adapt activities to different skill levels and learning styles</li><li>
Assist with camp setup, materials organization, and transitions</li><li>
Communicate effectively with camp leadership and team members</li></ul><br>

Requirements</b><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience or strong interest in <b>Minecraft (Education Edition preferred)</b> and/or <b>coding platforms such as MakeCode</b></li><li>
Prior experience working with elementary-aged children (camp, teaching, tutoring, or similar)</li><li>
Strong communication and classroom management skills</li><li>
Creative, energetic, and collaborative mindset</li><li>
Ability to design or contribute to engaging learning activities</li><li>
Background in education, STEM, or related field (<b>preferred but not required</b>)</li></ul><br>
