The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for performing routine lawn and landscape maintenance services on residential and commercial properties. This includes mowing, trimming, edging, and general clean-up tasks to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:● Mow, trim, edge, and blow grass and debris from lawns, sidewalks, driveways, and other areas.● Prune shrubs, bushes, and small trees as needed.● Maintain flower beds by weeding, mulching, and general upkeep.● Load and unload equipment and materials daily.● Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers safely and effectively.● Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, aeration, and snow removal (if applicable).● Follow instructions from the Crew Leader to complete tasks efficiently and safely.● Ensure job sites are cleaned and left in good condition after services.● Perform regular maintenance checks on tools and equipment; report any issues to supervisor.● Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.Qualifications:● 1 year experience operating zero turn mowers and various lawn equipment● Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.● Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.● Reliable transportation to work; valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred.*Tobin Landscape has been a trusted leader in landscape design, construction, and maintenance in Michiana for over 27 years.
