 We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing &amp; Social Media Manager to join us at the Theatre of Digital Art (TODA) in Dubai.
 
 
 
 TODA is an immersive venue where&nbsp;
 
 art, technology and live performance meet
 
 . We host concerts, cultural events, immersive shows and collaborations with artists from around the world &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for someone who can help us&nbsp;
 
 tell these stories and grow our community
 
 .
 
 
 This role combines&nbsp;
 
 strategy and hands-on execution
 
 . We are looking for someone who can think creatively, move fast and help us build a strong voice for TODA across digital platforms.
 
 
 You will work closely with me and our team on shaping and executing our&nbsp;
 
 marketing and social media strategy
 
 .
 
 
 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 &bull; Creating and managing&nbsp;
 
 content for TODA&rsquo;s social media platforms
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;
 
 Filming and producing short-form content
 
 &nbsp;during shows, concerts and events
 
 
 &bull; Developing and maintaining TODA&rsquo;s&nbsp;
 
 tone of voice and brand communication
 
 
 
 &bull; Planning and managing a&nbsp;
 
 clear social media content calendar
 
 
 
 &bull; Posting and publishing content&nbsp;
 
 in real time during events
 
 
 
 &bull; Building&nbsp;
 
 collaborations and partnerships
 
 &nbsp;with creators, communities and media
 
 
 &bull; Coordinating with our&nbsp;
 
 designer, performance marketing team and other departments
 
 
 
 &bull; Turning TODA&rsquo;s shows and events into&nbsp;
 
 strong visual storytelling and engaging social content
 
 
 
 Important to note:
 
 
 TODA already works with a&nbsp;
 
 photographer and videographer
 
 , but we are looking for an SMM who can&nbsp;
 
 coordinate content production, manage the content calendar, publish content quickly and work closely with the team to ensure everything is aligned and delivered on time
 
 .
 
 
 We are looking for someone who:
 
 
 &bull; Has experience in&nbsp;
 
 social media, marketing or content creation
 
 
 
 &bull; Is comfortable&nbsp;
 
 shooting and editing short-form content
 
 &nbsp;(Reels, TikTok, stories)
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;
 
 Actively uses AI tools for content creation
 
 , including AI video tools
 
 
 &bull; Understands&nbsp;
 
 audience growth and community building
 
 
 
 &bull; Is&nbsp;
 
 highly proactive, organized and self-driven
 
 
 
 &bull; Can&nbsp;
 
 set priorities, coordinate tasks and move projects forward independently
 
 
 
 &bull; Speaks&nbsp;
 
 fluent English
 
 &nbsp;(Russian is a strong advantage)
 
 
 &bull; Is based in&nbsp;
 
 Dubai
 
 &nbsp;or ready to relocate

 &nbsp;candidates will be asked to complete a&nbsp;
 
 short creative test task related to AI content creation
 
 &nbsp;as part of the selection process.
