Social Media Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join us at the Theatre of Digital Art (TODA) in Dubai.

TODA is an immersive venue where  art, technology and live performance meet . We host concerts, cultural events, immersive shows and collaborations with artists from around the world — and we’re looking for someone who can help us  tell these stories and grow our community .

This role combines  strategy and hands-on execution . We are looking for someone who can think creatively, move fast and help us build a strong voice for TODA across digital platforms.

You will work closely with me and our team on shaping and executing our  marketing and social media strategy .

Key responsibilities:

• Creating and managing  content for TODA’s social media platforms

•  Filming and producing short-form content  during shows, concerts and events

• Developing and maintaining TODA’s  tone of voice and brand communication

• Planning and managing a  clear social media content calendar

• Posting and publishing content  in real time during events

• Building  collaborations and partnerships  with creators, communities and media

• Coordinating with our  designer, performance marketing team and other departments

• Turning TODA’s shows and events into  strong visual storytelling and engaging social content

Important to note:

TODA already works with a  photographer and videographer , but we are looking for an SMM who can  coordinate content production, manage the content calendar, publish content quickly and work closely with the team to ensure everything is aligned and delivered on time .

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in  social media, marketing or content creation

• Is comfortable  shooting and editing short-form content  (Reels, TikTok, stories)

•  Actively uses AI tools for content creation , including AI video tools

• Understands  audience growth and community building

• Is  highly proactive, organized and self-driven

• Can  set priorities, coordinate tasks and move projects forward independently

• Speaks  fluent English  (Russian is a strong advantage)

• Is based in  Dubai  or ready to relocate

Please note:  candidates will be asked to complete a  short creative test task related to AI content creation  as part of the selection process.
