Digital Marketing Specialist

1. Performance Marketer We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer with 3+ years of experience to lead our paid media strategy. You will be responsible for managing budgets across Meta, Google, snap chat and other social platforms to drive high-quality leads and ROI.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns.
• Optimize ad spend and monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
• Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and actionable insights.

2. Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) We need a charismatic and organized professional to serve as the bridge between our agency and our clients. You will ensure client satisfaction and help nurture long-term partnerships.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
• Onboard new clients and ensure their goals are clearly communicated to the technical team.
• Manage client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.
