This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise while working in a lively, fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat guests efficiently to minimize wait times</li><li>Provide attentive table service, taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly</li><li>Assist with setting up dining areas, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming ambiance</li><li>Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and payments accurately</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly</li><li>Maintain guest relations by anticipating needs, offering personalized service, and fostering a hospitable environment</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service roles within restaurants or hotels is highly desirable</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions</li><li>Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving procedures, and guest relations best practices</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Professional phone etiquette and hospitality skills to enhance guest experiences</li></ul>Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality that keeps guests coming back!
