This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage preparation while working in a dynamic restaurant setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care.</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations to ensure smooth sales operations.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and food preparation procedures.</li><li>Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and responding promptly to inquiries.</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous barista experience in a caf&eacute; or coffee shop environment is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.</li><li>Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety, handling, and preparation.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills accurately.</li><li>Experience in food service or retail environments that require serving, cashiering, or food handling is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours.
