Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and food preparation procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety.

Experience

• Previous barista experience in a café or coffee shop environment is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety, handling, and preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills accurately.
• Experience in food service or retail environments that require serving, cashiering, or food handling is advantageous.
