 Overview
 
 
 
 We're working with a globally recognised creative studio operating at the intersection of
 
 art, design, and the built environment
 
 , delivering large-scale, culturally driven work across workplace, public, and institutional spaces.
 
 
 This role sits within a multidisciplinary team spanning design, production, and strategy - focused on creating
 
 narrative-led environments, artworks, and spatial graphic systems
 
 that transform how people experience space.
 
 
 They're now looking for a
 
 Senior Designer with a strong environmental graphic design background
 
 , combining conceptual thinking with a deep understanding of how ideas are realised physically - from early narrative through to fabrication and installation.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Lead and contribute across the full project lifecycle - from
 
 concept through to delivery
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop
 
 narrative-led design concepts
 
 for a range of spatial environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate ideas into
 
 environmental graphics, artworks, and wayfinding systems
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with design leadership on
 
 multiple concurrent projects
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Present concepts and design development clearly to
 
 clients and stakeholders
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are
 
 buildable and deliverable
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend site visits and engage with real-world context and constraints
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall studio output
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Bring
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Strong experience in
 
 environmental graphic design / spatial graphics
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to develop work from
 
 concept through to execution
 
 </li>
 <li>
 A portfolio demonstrating:
 </li>
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Concept development and storytelling
 </li>
 <li>
 Design progression (sketch &rarr; development &rarr; final outcome)
 </li>
 <li>
 Built / installed work
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 <li>
 Experience working across
 
 workplace, public space, or large-scale environments
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence presenting ideas to internal teams and external clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of
 
 materials, fabrication, and installation processes
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and consistency across project stages
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and organisational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 A collaborative, proactive approach with a willingness to contribute across the studio
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Your Expertise
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Adobe Creative Suite (essential)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong typography and graphic application in space
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with illustration is highly beneficial
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of environmental graphics and wayfinding systems
 </li>
