Overview

We're working with a globally recognised creative studio operating at the intersection of art, design, and the built environment , delivering large-scale, culturally driven work across workplace, public, and institutional spaces.

This role sits within a multidisciplinary team spanning design, production, and strategy - focused on creating narrative-led environments, artworks, and spatial graphic systems that transform how people experience space.

They're now looking for a Senior Designer with a strong environmental graphic design background , combining conceptual thinking with a deep understanding of how ideas are realised physically - from early narrative through to fabrication and installation.

What You'll Do

• Lead and contribute across the full project lifecycle - from concept through to delivery
• Develop narrative-led design concepts for a range of spatial environments
• Translate ideas into environmental graphics, artworks, and wayfinding systems
• Work closely with design leadership on multiple concurrent projects
• Present concepts and design development clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are buildable and deliverable
• Attend site visits and engage with real-world context and constraints
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall studio output

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience in environmental graphic design / spatial graphics
• Proven ability to develop work from concept through to execution
• A portfolio demonstrating:


• Concept development and storytelling
• Design progression (sketch → development → final outcome)
• Built / installed work


• Experience working across workplace, public space, or large-scale environments
• Confidence presenting ideas to internal teams and external clients
• Understanding of materials, fabrication, and installation processes
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across project stages
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a willingness to contribute across the studio

Your Expertise

• Adobe Creative Suite (essential)
• Strong typography and graphic application in space
• Experience with illustration is highly beneficial
• Understanding of environmental graphics and wayfinding systems
