Job Summary Experienced Server &ndash; Morning / Midday ShiftTom&rsquo;s BBQ &ndash; Mesa, AZTom&rsquo;s BBQ is looking for a strong, experienced server to join our team for a morning / midday shift.Our service style transitions throughout the day. From 9 AM &ndash; 2 PM we operate counter service, then transition into full-service dining beginning at 2 PM. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can comfortably adapt between service styles while maintaining great hospitality for our guests.During portions of the shift there may be only one server on the floor, so this role is best suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their shift and confidently managing the dining room while delivering excellent guest service.Typical ScheduleMonday &ndash; FridayApproximately 9:30 AM &ndash; 4:00 PMSome evening and weekend availability is also helpful.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Previous restaurant serving experience required</li></ul><ul><li>Strong multitasking and time management skills</li></ul><ul><li>Friendly, professional, and guest-focused</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable running the floor independently during parts of the shift</li></ul><ul><li>Reliable and punctual</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Greeting guests and assisting with counter service during morning hours</li></ul><ul><li>Transitioning into full table service after 2 PM</li></ul><ul><li>Running food, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining area</li></ul><ul><li>Communicating with kitchen and bar to keep service flowing smoothly</li></ul><ul><li>Providing attentive hospitality to every guest</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re an experienced server who takes pride in running a smooth shift and creating great guest experiences, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Apply through Indeed or stop by Tom&rsquo;s BBQ &ndash; Mesa to introduce yourself.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalPay: From $11.70 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
