You&rsquo;ll work alongside our attorneys to manage a diverse caseload, support strategic case preparation, and build trusting relationships with clients navigating complex legal systems.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive but high-performing environment, takes ownership of their work, and finds fulfillment in helping clients achieve their dreams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage a diverse caseload of business and family-based immigration matters, including EB1A, NIW, E1/E2, H1B, PERM, O-1, L1A/L1B, TN, and humanitarian cases such as U Visa, T Visa, VAWA</li><li>Draft, prepare, and review petitions, forms, and supporting documentation with precision and care</li><li>Conduct client intakes, gather detailed histories, and ensure complete and timely filings</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal team members to ensure smooth case progress</li><li>Research immigration laws, policies, and updates to inform case strategy and compliance</li><li>Maintain accurate case tracking, calendars, and deadlines in case management systems</li><li>Partner closely with attorneys to anticipate needs, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish required</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in immigration law (business, family, or humanitarian)</li><li>Deep understanding of immigration procedures, filings, and timelines</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently</li><li>Proficient in immigration case management software (e.g., Docketwise, MyCase) and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>A commitment to excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$30.00 &ndash; $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>Paid time off and firm-recognized holidays</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and advancement</li><li>Supportive, collaborative team culture focused on work-life balance and long-term success</li></ul>Our CultureAt Tondini Law, we believe the best legal work comes from teams that are supported, respected, and aligned with purpose.
