Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual hybrid Immigration Paralegal who is skilled in both business and humanitarian immigration. You’ll work alongside our attorneys to manage a diverse caseload, support strategic case preparation, and build trusting relationships with clients navigating complex legal systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of business and family-based immigration matters, including EB1A, NIW, E1/E2, H1B, PERM, O-1, L1A/L1B, TN, and humanitarian cases such as U Visa, T Visa, VAWA
  • Draft, prepare, and review petitions, forms, and supporting documentation with precision and care
  • Conduct client intakes, gather detailed histories, and ensure complete and timely filings
  • Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal team members to ensure smooth case progress
  • Research immigration laws, policies, and updates to inform case strategy and compliance
  • Maintain accurate case tracking, calendars, and deadlines in case management systems
  • Partner closely with attorneys to anticipate needs, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in immigration law (business, family, or humanitarian)
  • Deep understanding of immigration procedures, filings, and timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficient in immigration case management software (e.g., Docketwise, MyCase) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A commitment to excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits

  • $30.00 – $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
