If you thrive on active driving roles and enjoy helping others, this opportunity is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Safely operate vehicles such as shuttle vans, to transport patients to medical facilities, ensuring adherence to traffic laws and safety protocols</li><li>Assist patients with boarding and disembarking vehicles, providing compassionate support and ensuring their comfort during transit</li><li>Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal safety and performance</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers, medical staff, and patients to coordinate schedules and address any special needs or concerns</li><li>Manage heavy lifting of mobility aids or medical equipment when necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition reports</li><li>Uphold professionalism and excellent customer service standards at all times, creating a positive experience for every passenger</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>A clean driving record</li><li>Experience operating vans or commercial vehicles.</li><li>Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures related to transporting mobility aids or medical equipment</li><li>Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, medical staff, and team members effectively</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle maintenance routines and basic troubleshooting skills</li><li>Prior experience in customer service roles that require patience, empathy, and professionalism is highly valued</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., commercial driver&rsquo;s license) with relevant endorsements if applicable</li></ul>This role offers a professional environment where your driving expertise combined with your dedication to patient care will make a lasting impact.
