Full Job Description:Top Marks Accounting delivers comprehensive bookkeeping services to small and mid-sized businesses. We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and communicates well with clients.This position is primarily remote but will require occasional in-person meetings. Applicants must be located in the Orlando area.Both part-time and full-time roles are available.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Managing accounts payable</li><li>Managing accounts receivable</li><li>Completing account and bank reconciliations</li><li>Processing payroll</li><li>Preparing financial statements and reports</li><li>Handling sales tax filings</li><li>Supporting customer and client communication</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent organizational abilities and strong communication skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline preferred</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience</li><li>Experience using QuickBooks Online is required</li><li>QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP, including both accrual and cash accounting methods</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Strong math skills and comfort working with numbers</li><li>Capable of working independently</li><li>Reliable transportation required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Winter Garden, FL 34787
