We&rsquo;re looking for a true self-starter who is comfortable in a cross-functional environment of working autonomously and with a team.Compensation:Although this is currently a non-compensated internship, it provides valuable preparation for real-world work along with college credit and meaningful professional experience. If company resources allow, this role may transition into a paid, part-time position. We&rsquo;re seeking a self-starter who thrives in a cross-functional environment and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Time Commitment:Approximately 10-15 hours/week (Occasional weekend support as needed, however rare unless preferred) for a minimum of 1 term (3 months) commitment, although multiple terms are preferred. Working hours are from home.Essential duties, responsibilities, and projects:<ul><li>Website development and maintenance for WIX site.</li><li>UX/Client experience enhancements.</li><li>Assistance in scheduling and calendar pages with Zoom integrations.</li><li>SEO updates.</li><li>Client and marketing email automation.</li><li>Perform necessary updates and troubleshoot issues associated with website operation.</li><li>Create an attractive, branded website layout design, incorporating the colors, themes, and visual designs that best represent the company.</li><li>Possible production of product videos &ndash; script writing, screen capture, and graphic design.</li><li>Create digital assets, including but not limited to images, flyers, surveys, catalogs, banners, marketing advertisements, and promotional materials.</li><li>Perform additional duties as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a college or certification program or a recent graduate in; software development/web design program or related preferred.</li><li>Strong graphics skills and proficiency in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Canva.</li><li>Knowledge and experience of WIX preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of variable data processing is a plus.</li><li>Works independently with the ability to multi-task while having excellent attention to detail.</li><li>A creative thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Standard Intern Requirements:<ul><li>Daily Slack updates</li><li>Our internships are 100% virtual with the exception of weekly team meetings or occasional/special projects&rsquo; meetings</li><li>Interns are 100% responsible for checking in(on Slack) at their agreed-upon start time for their scheduled workdays.
