Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct outbound marketing calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products and services.</li><li>Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.</li><li>Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and guide them through the sales process.</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.</li><li>Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets as defined by the management team.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM software.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new strategies to enhance customer outreach.</li><li>Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in phone-based marketing, telesales, or a related role (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to engage customers over the phone and handle objections effectively.</li><li>Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused attitude.</li><li>Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call-handling systems (preferred).</li><li>Fluency in English language</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
