Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to market and sell company products and services.
- Clearly communicate product features, advantages, and pricing in a convincing manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and support clients throughout the sales journey.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term retention.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly calling and sales goals set by management.
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement new ideas and strategies for improving customer reach.
- Keep up to date with product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident in engaging customers over the phone and managing objections effectively.
- Pleasant, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Target-driven with a strong motivation to achieve and surpass goals.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or call management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in the English language.
