Now Hiring: Print Operator and Quality Control Operator (B-Shift)We are a fast-paced garment production facility looking for a reliable, detail-focused team member to either run print jobs with dedicated machinery, or perform quality checks on finished goods including bagging, tagging, and special needs requests.Positions: Heat Transfer Operator &amp; QC OperatorShift: B-Shift, 3PM-11PM, Mon-Fri (with Saturdays occasionally as needed).What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Operate garment printing equipment according to specs</li><li>Inspect garments for print placement, color accuracy, defects, and finishing quality</li><li>Follow production tickets/work orders exactly</li><li>Document rejects/reprints and report issues immediately</li><li>Keep work area clean and production-ready</li></ul>What we need:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail &mdash; quality comes first</li><li>Able to follow directions and standard operating procedures</li><li>On time, every day &mdash; attendance is non-negotiable</li><li>Comfortable standing, lifting, and working in a production environment</li><li>Previous print or garment experience preferred (not required for the right person)</li></ul>We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that both quality and speed matter when it comes to providing a final product.Requirements<ul><li>While not required, it would be ideal if you had a background in screen printing, direct-to-garment, or some type of printing experience.</li><li>Attention to detail is a must.</li><li>At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.</li><li>Team player</li><li>Detail Oriented</li><li>Strategic thinking</li><li>Self-Starter</li><li>Must be 18 years of age</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Starting at $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour night shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
