Now Hiring: Print Operator and Quality Control Operator (B-Shift)

We are a fast-paced garment production facility looking for a reliable, detail-focused team member to either run print jobs with dedicated machinery, or perform quality checks on finished goods including bagging, tagging, and special needs requests.

Positions: Heat Transfer Operator & QC Operator

Shift: B-Shift, 3PM-11PM, Mon-Fri (with Saturdays occasionally as needed).

What you’ll do:

• Operate garment printing equipment according to specs
• Inspect garments for print placement, color accuracy, defects, and finishing quality
• Follow production tickets/work orders exactly
• Document rejects/reprints and report issues immediately
• Keep work area clean and production-ready

What we need:

• Strong attention to detail — quality comes first
• Able to follow directions and standard operating procedures
• On time, every day — attendance is non-negotiable
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and working in a production environment
• Previous print or garment experience preferred (not required for the right person)

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that both quality and speed matter when it comes to providing a final product.

Requirements

• While not required, it would be ideal if you had a background in screen printing, direct-to-garment, or some type of printing experience.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Team player
• Detail Oriented
• Strategic thinking
• Self-Starter
• Must be 18 years of age

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
