LightBurn Designer & Laser Operator – Personalized Gifts & Home Décor

Job Overview
Everlee Creations is a growing personalized gift and home décor company specializing in meaningful, handcrafted products. From custom picture frames and ornaments to unique home accents, every design we create helps customers celebrate life’s special moments. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who loves both design and hands-on production work to join our team.

What you’ll do

• Design and create custom graphics using LightBurn software for laser engraving and cutting projects.
• Operate laser cutting machines to produce high-quality personalized gifts and home décor items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products, ensuring they align with design intent and customer expectations.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.
• Utilize various tools and techniques for assembly, fabrication, and finishing of products.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute design specifications.
• Keep an organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Basic qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, particularly with CNC laser cutting machines.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with additional machining processes including welding, plasma cutting, electrical discharge machining, and press brake operation.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles for accurate design interpretation.
• Ability to work effectively with hand tools and various fabrication techniques.
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to design projects.

• Experience with LightBurn , CAD software or similar (required)

Pay: $17.50 - $27.53 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
