Industrial Maintenance Technician &ndash; Automated Spiral Element Production Equipment</p><p>
Location: Poway, CA<br>
Pay: $33&ndash;$43/hr + $2/hr night shift differential<br>
Shift: Mon&ndash;Fri, 6:00 PM&ndash;2:30 AM</p><p>
About the Role:<br>
Toray Membrane USA Inc., a global leader in water treatment technology, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair Automated Spiral Element Production Equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is not a facilities maintenance role&mdash;applicants with only HVAC, plumbing, or building maintenance experience will not be considered.</p><p>
Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Perform <b>preventative and predictive maintenance</b> on automated spiral element production equipment and related machinery.</li><li>
Troubleshoot <b>electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems</b>.</li><li>
Diagnose and repair <b>PLC-controlled equipment</b> and automated systems.</li><li>
Read and interpret <b>blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams</b>.</li><li>
Document all maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.</li></ul><p>
Qualifications:</p><ul><li><b>
3+ years</b> hands-on experience with <b>industrial machinery maintenance</b> in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Strong <b>electromechanical troubleshooting</b> skills; PLC familiarity preferred.</li><li>
Strong <b>mechanical aptitude including gear systems, bearings, actuators, precision alignment techniques, and pneumatic systems.</b></li><li>
Ability to work night shift and maintain safety standards.</li><li>
Certifications in <b>electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance</b> preferred.</li></ul><p>
