What will do (Essentials)<ul><li>Responsible for new business development, renewal and expansion of our existing/new contracts driving revenue growth.</li><li>Identify additional renewal/upgrade opportunities for products and services.</li><li>Generate accurate forecasts and sales activity reports as required.</li><li>Present Products and Services to your client base to generate revenue growth.</li><li>Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities as per the defined customer segments.</li><li>Focus on customer retention to aid in the achievement of expected performance.</li><li>Arrange and lead product demonstrations.</li><li>Develop quotes and proposals for clients.</li><li>Frequent communication of business reports including sales updates to your respective manager.</li><li>Explore Cross-selling opportunities.</li></ul>What you bring to the role (Education &amp; Experience)<ul><li>0-5 years&rsquo; experience in customer-facing environments such as sales, account management or similar roles.</li><li>Prior quota carrying sales in the fields of at least one of the following: SaaS sales, B2B sales, technology product sales etc.</li><li>Experience developing new business and enhancing strong client relationships.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of consistent leading KPIs related to customer acquisition and retention.</li><li>Graduation is the least qualifying criteria.</li></ul>Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required<ul><li>0-5 years of relevant experience in sales.</li><li>Experience in B2B/SaaS selling will be an added advantage.</li><li>Ability to successfully generate sales via research, outbound calling, email initiatives etc</li><li>Detailed understanding of the market and customer behaviors.</li><li>Tech Savviness.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills</li><li>Social selling.</li><li>People skills and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders with varied expectations and objections.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC</li><li>years of exp in B2B Sales </li><li>years of exp in Field Sales</li><li>Do you have a laptop</li><li>Notice</li></ul>Work Location: In person
