The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment drives and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top sales talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies for IT Service Sales roles.

2. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.

3. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, focusing on sales skills and experience in IT services.

4. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for IT Service Sales roles.

5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback.

6. Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in bulk hiring for sales roles.

2. Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment drives for sales positions.

3. Strong understanding of IT services and sales roles.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
