Hiring for Restoration TechnicianJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician with hands-on experience in construction and restoration work. This is a full-time, in-person position involving water mitigation and fire loss stabilization. The ideal candidate for Restoration Technician is dependable, hard-working, and able to respond to emergency calls when needed.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform water mitigation and fire loss stabilization services</li><li>Use basic hand tools, power tools, and drills safely and effectively</li><li>Assist with drywall, light construction, and restoration-related tasks</li><li>Respond to after-hours emergency calls and work overtime as required</li><li>Maintain a professional attitude with clients and team members</li><li>Operate company trucks or vans as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in all aspects of restoration/remediation</li><li>IICRC Certification required</li><li>Prior construction experience preferred</li><li>Clean driving record (must qualify to drive company vehicles)</li><li>Ability to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts</li><li>Strong work ethic and &ldquo;can-do&rdquo; attitude</li><li>Honest, reliable, respectful, efficient, and personable</li><li>Good communication and listening skills</li></ul>Background &amp; Drug Policy<ul><li>Drug-free workplace</li><li>No violent felonies ever</li><li>No felonies within the past three (3) years</li><li>No crimes involving deceit, untruthfulness, falsification, larceny, or burglary</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Schedule:</li><li>8-hour shifts</li><li>On-call</li><li>Weekend availability</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)</li><li>Restoration experience: 3+ years (required)</li><li>Willingness to travel: 100% (preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person*Serious local applicants only.
