Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician with hands-on experience in construction and restoration work. This is a full-time, in-person position involving water mitigation and fire loss stabilization. The ideal candidate for Restoration Technician is dependable, hard-working, and able to respond to emergency calls when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation and fire loss stabilization services
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and drills safely and effectively
• Assist with drywall, light construction, and restoration-related tasks
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls and work overtime as required
• Maintain a professional attitude with clients and team members
• Operate company trucks or vans as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in all aspects of restoration/remediation
• IICRC Certification required
• Prior construction experience preferred
• Clean driving record (must qualify to drive company vehicles)
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude
• Honest, reliable, respectful, efficient, and personable
• Good communication and listening skills

• Restoration experience: 3+ years (required)
