Hiring candidates who are warm, professional, nurturing, responsible, energetic, and dependable.Positions available immediately with competitive pay and benefits.Positions:*Preschool Teacher (2 - 5yrs)Qualification:Must have the following:Associate Teacher: 12 ECE UnitsTeacher: 24 ECE units + 16 GE unitsMaster Teacher: Teacher + 6 ECE units in specialization + 2 adult supervision unitsORThis can be either of the following permits:<ul><li>Regular Children&rsquo;s Center Instructional Permit</li><li>Limited Children&rsquo;s Center Instructional Permit</li><li>Emergency Children&rsquo;s Center Instructional Permit</li><li>Child Development Master Teacher Permit</li><li>Child Development Teacher Permit</li><li>Child Development Associate Teacher Permit (Note: This permit authorizes the holder to supervise Assistant Permit holders and an aide.)</li></ul>ORA current credential issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing authorizing teaching service in elementary school or a single subject credential in home economics, and 12 units in ECE and/or CD or two years&rsquo; experience in early childhood education or a child care and development program.Responsibilities:- Supervise children at all times, and maintain a safe environment in the classroom- Set up age appropriate classroom material and activities.- Maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children.- Curriculum planning and plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Must clear fingerprinting, background check, health screening and TB test (All Teachers)</li><li>Minimum of 12+ ECE units and at least 1 years classroom experience</li><li>Pediatric First Aid and CPR certified and current (if not we can train you)</li><li>Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices</li><li>Ability to communicate with children, staff and parents</li><li>Ability to take direction and work as part of a team</li><li>Assume equal share of joint responsibilities</li><li>Loving and nurturing personality</li><li>Punctual, dependable, patient and flexible</li><li>Change diapers/ Potty Train</li></ul>For immediate consideration, please email resume and cover letter to us.
