Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) and Caregivers to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a supportive and engaging environment that values your skills and commitment.Duties<ul><li>Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort</li><li>Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature; accurately document findings in electronic health records (EHR systems)</li><li>Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper protocols are followed in accordance with HIPAA regulations</li><li>Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments, utilizing techniques like memory care strategies and aseptic techniques</li><li>Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care, phlebotomy support, and wound care as trained</li><li>Operate patient lifts including Hoyer lifts to ensure safe transfers while preventing injury to patients and staff</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in acute care, ICU, emergency medicine, or post-acute settings to deliver comprehensive patient service</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs</li><li>Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS) procedures</li><li>Experience in various healthcare environments including long-term care, hospital medicine, hospice care, or outpatient clinics</li><li>Ability to perform patient assessments by monitoring vital signs and recognizing signs of distress or deterioration</li><li>Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities</li><li>Competence in infection control practices and aseptic techniques across diverse clinical settings</li></ul>Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering high-quality patient care!
