This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to grow with our companies long-term.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage scheduling for court-related and clinical appointments</li><li>Proof, edit, and organize case documents and client binders</li><li>Draft and format reports for providers</li><li>Process client payments and maintain accurate records</li><li>Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and providers</li><li>Handle emails, phone calls, and other client correspondence</li><li>Assist with marketing and social media efforts</li><li>Support the overall efficiency and organization of the office</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Knowledge of HIPAA standards and confidentiality practices</li><li>Strong organizational and scheduling skills</li><li>Excellent communication and people skills</li><li>Tech savvy: comfortable learning and using new software and platforms</li><li>Ability to proofread and edit documents with attention to detail</li><li>Familiarity with basic legal terminology</li><li>Self-starter with strong work ethic</li><li>Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to build a career</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Full-time: Monday&ndash;Thursday, 8:00am&ndash;5:00pm; Fridays have a variable schedule</li><li>Compensation: Competitive hourly wage (determined by experience), annual raises</li><li>Benefits: Paid holidays, paid time off</li><li>Please note: Health insurance is not currently offered</li></ul>If you are a dependable professional who values growth and career development, we would love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 36 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
