 HR Matters: Recruitment, promotion, compliances relating to PF, professional tax, HR policies &amp; rules etc., processing of&nbsp;salary, increment, leave encashments, employees bills, employees insurance, training, maintenance of attendance &amp; leaves etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 Estate &amp; Adminstrative Matters : Appointment of agencies /vendors, upkeep of office property, payment of property tax, ground rent, maintenance charges, electricity, insurance/vendor bills, membership of industry associations, maintenance of records and related matters etc.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualification &amp; Experience:
 
 BA/B.Com with MBA (HR) from a premier institute.&nbsp;Candidates already working in reputed companies may have 3-5 years experience in administrative related compliances &amp; HR matters.
