This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your client service expertise in a fast-paced environment where your contributions truly make a difference.Duties<ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly and professional support.</li><li>Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience.</li><li>Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, promote new products or services, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>Support client services by providing detailed product explanations, troubleshooting assistance, and personalized recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Technical / Mechanical proficiency is a plus.</li><li>Experience with RV's and towing is a big plus.</li><li>Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.</li><li>Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.</li><li>Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills, and call center operations is a plus.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during typing and data entry activities.</li></ul>Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
