Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly and professional support.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, promote new products or services, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools.
• Support client services by providing detailed product explanations, troubleshooting assistance, and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Technical / Mechanical proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with RV's and towing is a big plus.
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
• Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills, and call center operations is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during typing and data entry activities.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
