It&rsquo;s a fun place to be and a fun place to work! Ideal candidates will have experience leading activities in senior communities and experience in dementia care. This is an immediate hire.RESPONSIBILITIESIncluded but not limited to:<ul><li>Assist in creative activity programs and encourage member participation</li><li>Serve meals and snacks; assist members requiring help with eating; clear tables</li><li>Actively contribute to creating and maintaining a clean, orderly, bright, and welcoming environment</li><li>Communicate in a positive, courteous, and professional manner with members and their families, co-workers, referral agencies, and the community at large</li><li>Assist members with personal care needs, including but not limited to assisting with walking, transfers, toileting, dressing, and showers</li><li>Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, equipment, etc. after all programs</li><li>Assist with transition and transport, if required, to and from all activities, meals, and restroom breaks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:<ul><li>activities and personal care: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Marlton, NJ 08053 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
