Landscape Designer / Landscape ArchitectBuild Outdoor Spaces That MatterWe&rsquo;re looking for a Landscape Designer who enjoys turning ideas into beautiful, buildable outdoor environments. In this role, you&rsquo;ll focus primarily on design development, site measurements, and technical planning to create landscape projects that are creative, accurate, and ready for construction.You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our sales and production teams to ensure designs align with client goals, site conditions, and local requirements.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Conduct site visits to measure and document existing conditions using tools such as Total Stations, Zip Levels, drones, photos, and field measurements.</li><li>Review surveys, property boundaries, easements, and site constraints before beginning design work.</li><li>Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs, planting plans, and hardscape layouts.</li><li>Produce presentation plans, renderings, and design packages using industry design software.</li><li>Ensure designs align with local zoning, building codes, setbacks, and permitting requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, estimating, and production teams to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and within project budgets.</li><li>Participate in internal design reviews and project handoffs before construction begins.</li><li>Meet with clients early in the process to understand project goals and site opportunities.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field preferred</li><li>Landscape Architect licensure preferred</li><li>3+ years experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, or design/build environments preferred.</li><li>Ability to translate site conditions and survey data into practical design solutions.</li><li>Working knowledge of grading, drainage, hardscape construction, and outdoor living design.</li><li>Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Land F/X, Rhino, or similar design tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Designs are accurate, code-compliant, and ready for installation.</li><li>Site measurements and surveys are translated into clear, buildable plans.</li><li>Sales and production teams have the information they need to estimate and build projects efficiently.</li><li>Clients receive designs that match their goals and the realities of the site.</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
