Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect
Build Outdoor Spaces That Matter
We’re looking for a Landscape Designer who enjoys turning ideas into beautiful, buildable outdoor environments. In this role, you’ll focus primarily on design development, site measurements, and technical planning to create landscape projects that are creative, accurate, and ready for construction.
You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and production teams to ensure designs align with client goals, site conditions, and local requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct site visits to measure and document existing conditions using tools such as Total Stations, Zip Levels, drones, photos, and field measurements.
- Review surveys, property boundaries, easements, and site constraints before beginning design work.
- Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs, planting plans, and hardscape layouts.
- Produce presentation plans, renderings, and design packages using industry design software.
- Ensure designs align with local zoning, building codes, setbacks, and permitting requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, estimating, and production teams to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and within project budgets.
- Participate in internal design reviews and project handoffs before construction begins.
- Meet with clients early in the process to understand project goals and site opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field preferred
- Landscape Architect licensure preferred
- 3+ years experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, or design/build environments preferred.
- Ability to translate site conditions and survey data into practical design solutions.
- Working knowledge of grading, drainage, hardscape construction, and outdoor living design.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Land F/X, Rhino, or similar design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects.

- Site measurements and surveys are translated into clear, buildable plans.
- Sales and production teams have the information they need to estimate and build projects efficiently.
- Clients receive designs that match their goals and the realities of the site.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
