<div><p>The Phone Sales Manager at Townsley Portraits is the leader and coach for our outbound sales closers. We are looking for an experienced manager with demonstrated exceptional one-call closing skills who will develop those skills in a remote team.</p>

<li><b>Analyze and Optimize:</b> Utilize data and metrics to identify trends, refine strategies, and implement improvements that ensure top-tier performance.</li>
<li><b>Solve Problems:</b> Provide hands-on leadership by guiding team members through challenges, handling escalations, and addressing issues with professionalism and efficiency.</li>
<li><b>Build Momentum:</b> Lead engaging team meetings, as well as one on ones, set clear objectives, and ensure alignment with company goals and values.</li>
