Phone Sales Manager for Fine Art (Remote)

The Phone Sales Manager at Townsley Portraits is the leader and coach for our outbound sales closers. We are looking for an experienced manager with demonstrated exceptional one-call closing skills who will develop those skills in a remote team.

What the Role Looks Like

  • Drive Results: Lead a team of booking specialists to consistently meet and exceed performance goals through strategic guidance and coaching.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional one-call close sales skills to inspire confidence and set the standard for team success.
  • Coach and Develop: Hire, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, resilience, and excellence.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Utilize data and metrics to identify trends, refine strategies, and implement improvements that ensure top-tier performance.
  • Solve Problems: Provide hands-on leadership by guiding team members through challenges, handling escalations, and addressing issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build Momentum: Lead engaging team meetings, as well as one on ones, set clear objectives, and ensure alignment with company goals and values.
