The Phone Sales Manager at Townsley Portraits is the leader and coach for our outbound sales closers. We are looking for an experienced manager with demonstrated exceptional one-call closing skills who will develop those skills in a remote team.
- Drive Results: Lead a team of booking specialists to consistently meet and exceed performance goals through strategic guidance and coaching.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional one-call close sales skills to inspire confidence and set the standard for team success.
- Coach and Develop: Hire, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, resilience, and excellence.
- Analyze and Optimize: Utilize data and metrics to identify trends, refine strategies, and implement improvements that ensure top-tier performance.
- Solve Problems: Provide hands-on leadership by guiding team members through challenges, handling escalations, and addressing issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build Momentum: Lead engaging team meetings, as well as one on ones, set clear objectives, and ensure alignment with company goals and values.
- Follow the process. We provide a proven script and sales system. We need a leader who will leverage that.
- Coaching. Hold the team accountable for improvement and hitting targets. Provide support without removing responsibility.
- Proven closers with leadership or coaching experience.
