This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives while working in a dynamic, family-focused setting.Duties<ul><li>Supervise and engage with our 4months old age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development</li><li>Ensure the safety of children at all times by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular environment checks</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and any concerns</li><li>Implement educational activities that support developmental milestones for infants, toddlers, and young children</li><li>Provide first aid and respond promptly to any minor injuries or emergencies using proper caregiving techniques</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming childcare environment that complies with health and safety standards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or working in daycare settings</li><li>Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific care techniques for infants and toddlers</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or care requirements</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re eager to nurture young minds with energy and care!
