Duties

• Supervise and engage with our 4months old age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development
• Ensure the safety of children at all times by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular environment checks
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and any concerns
• Implement educational activities that support developmental milestones for infants, toddlers, and young children
• Provide first aid and respond promptly to any minor injuries or emergencies using proper caregiving techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming childcare environment that complies with health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or working in daycare settings
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific care techniques for infants and toddlers
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or care requirements
