Job Title: Senior Sales Executive &ndash; LCL SpecialistLocation: Dubai, UAE Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics Employment Type: Full-TimeRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive specializing in Less-than-Container Load (LCL) and consolidation services within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in LCL sales, strong market knowledge, and an active portfolio of clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to drive revenue growth through tailored logistics solutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies focused on LCL and consolidation services in the UAE market.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.</li><li>Manage and grow an active portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare and deliver competitive quotations for LCL shipments, including origin/destination charges and value-added services.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service quality and timely execution.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in LCL and consolidation sales within the freight forwarding industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE logistics market, including Jebel Ali and regional trade lanes.</li><li>Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and close deals effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Existing portfolio of active LCL customers in the UAE market.</li><li>Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping regulations, and customs procedures.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission structure.</li><li>Additional benefits as per company policy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is the current volume generated in CBM?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>LCL business in Dubai: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
