Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive specializing in Less-than-Container Load (LCL) and consolidation services within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in LCL sales, strong market knowledge, and an active portfolio of clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to drive revenue growth through tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies focused on LCL and consolidation services in the UAE market.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Manage and grow an active portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver competitive quotations for LCL shipments, including origin/destination charges and value-added services.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service quality and timely execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in LCL and consolidation sales within the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE logistics market, including Jebel Ali and regional trade lanes.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing portfolio of active LCL customers in the UAE market.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping regulations, and customs procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary + commission structure.

Pay: AED5,500.00 per month
