Job Title: Conversion Agent

Location: Dubai (Onsite)
Salary: Up to AED 3,000 per month (maximum)
 

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Conversion Agents to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the stock market and forex market and strong skills in converting leads into active clients.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with leads to convert them into active trading clients

Explain company products and services related to the stock and forex markets

Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients

Understand client needs and guide them toward suitable trading solutions

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conversions

Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets
 

Requirements:

Prior experience in the stock market and/or the forex market is mandatory

Proven experience as a Conversion Agent, Sales Executive, or similar role

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Knowledge of trading platforms and market basics is an advantage
 

Preferred Skills:

Experience in financial sales or brokerage firms

Confidence in handling high-value clients

Good understanding of market trends and trading concepts
