Job Summary Join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer. Whether engaging customers in managing the checkout process, you'll be at the heart of delivering an outstanding retail experience.Duties<ul><li>Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges</li><li>Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information or demos to enhance their shopping experience</li><li>Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity</li><li>Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-present</li><li>Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues promptly and professionally</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and balancing cash drawers</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and courteously</li></ul>Join us to make a positive impact every day!
