Duties

• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information or demos to enhance their shopping experience
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-present
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues promptly and professionally

Experience

• Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and balancing cash drawers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and courteously

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
