We are looking for a skilled and creative CDP &ndash; Chocolate to join our pastry team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and execute chocolate-based desserts and products</li><li>Handle tempering, molding, ganache, pralines, and chocolate decorations</li><li>Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen</li><li>Assist in menu development and new product creation</li><li>Proven experience in pastry arts</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene</li><li>Creativity and dedication to quality</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as CDP or Demi Chef specializing in chocolate</li><li>Strong knowledge of chocolate techniques and pastry basics</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Team player with attention to detail</li><li>Culinary certification is an advantage</li></ul>Benefits: Free Accommodation &amp; TransportationSalary: Depends on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>CDP - Chocolate: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>QID (Preferred)</li></ul>
