We are looking for a skilled and creative CDP – Chocolate to join our pastry team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute chocolate-based desserts and products
- Handle tempering, molding, ganache, pralines, and chocolate decorations
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Assist in menu development and new product creation
- Proven experience in pastry arts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Creativity and dedication to quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as CDP or Demi Chef specializing in chocolate
- Strong knowledge of chocolate techniques and pastry basics
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with attention to detail
- Culinary certification is an advantage
