We are looking for a skilled and creative CDP – Chocolate to join our pastry team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute chocolate-based desserts and products
  • Handle tempering, molding, ganache, pralines, and chocolate decorations
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
  • Assist in menu development and new product creation
  • Proven experience in pastry arts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
  • Creativity and dedication to quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as CDP or Demi Chef specializing in chocolate
  • Strong knowledge of chocolate techniques and pastry basics
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with attention to detail
  • Culinary certification is an advantage

Salary: Depends on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
