Job Description:
Rich Chocolatier is seeking a passionate and skilled Commis to join our production team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in professional kitchens or chocolaterie environments and is eager to work with high-quality ingredients while maintaining exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily chocolate and pastry production
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production plans
• Support senior chocolatiers and chefs during production
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen/workstation
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
• Ensure consistency and excellence in product presentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen, pastry, or chocolaterie environment
• Basic knowledge of chocolate handling and pastry techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
