 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Achieve targets for Leads, Applications, and student finalisations/confirmations &ndash; on an intake basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve student interests and complete your target by intake and assigned in destination/s
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide professional and quality counselling sessions that exceed customer and client expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support execution; destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong client support by 100% compliance with all application processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be a productive and effective member of the office team; and support Office operations by exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively implement global priority projects at office/s
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Having completed a Bachelor's or equivalent degree/certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years experience in education counselling for GERMANY and other European countries
 </li>
 <li>
 Visa filing knowledge for education in
 
 GERMANY and other European countries
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Well aware of public and private university applications and visa processes
 </li>
 <li>
 APS and VPD experience and knowledge is mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of the destination and local education systems/university processes and requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines/targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Visible orientation towards having high-quality and excellent counselling as an integral part of work ethics
 </li>
 <li>
 Good Computer skills including: Word &amp; Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent sales and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-resolution skills
 </li>
